By early 2008 we will implement the next phase of environmentally responsible upgrades:
- Compost 100% of our food waste in collaboration with Cedar Grove Compost
- Seek WSDA organic certification for all of our year-round house beers
- Switch to bio-degradable and compostable plant-fiber to-go boxes, straws, and utensils
- Replace bleached napkins with all-natural, 100% post-consumer napkins
